Analyse client requirements and process flows Project manage new developments in corporate technology Drive systems optimization in conjunction with current business model Customise online booking site with client requirements, company information and travel policy Testing of Online Booking Tool as per client requirements Trouble shooting Liaise with suppliers and configure corporate air and land rates as per agreements Ongoing support to corporate admin users and Travel Managers Monthly reporting on Online Booking Tool usage Manage roll out, support and client training for applications Manage implementation for all in-house clients Develop training modules for Online Booking Tool and Mobile Applications Conduct training and provide support on the above Must have excellent written and oral commucination skills Must have travel system experience Excellent technical knowledge in terms of Online Booking Tool and Mobile Applications Minimum 3 years realted experience in the travel industry
