Business Unit, Department, Reporting Job grade/level OP1 Business Unit Digital Solutions Platform Department Octane Position reports to Manager: Ops Regional Service Manager Span of Control 0 Core Description The purpose of the job is the onsite installation, maintenance and service of BCX Customer sites in the fuel industry. Ensuring quality on s ite support to all client’s service, in accordance with the Project Charter and the contractual SLAs for each service area. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Ensuring quality onsite support to all clients. Deliver On site support as prescribed by the SLA for all clients. Maintain a 95% SLA as per on site department’s goal per month. Maintain 80% productivity for the month. Reduce the average time per on site call to 120minutes per call per month. Provide all information or documentation required to complete a call or project. Have all documentation completed per call or project and submitted within the time allocation. Complete all information required to close or update a call on simplicity. Provide feedback to clients on status of calls Ensures high levels of co-operation with other business units / departments in BCX and external to achieve client satisfaction and business growth. Maintain good relations with all internal departments and assist where required and within the time frame. Maintain good relations with all external business and assist where required and within the time frame. Identify business growth within existing clients and new clients. Core Functional Skills & Knowledge Good knowledge of the applications installed on site Excellent understanding of the forecourt retail environment Excellent understanding of the hardware equipment which includes PCâ€s, Pumps, Cabling, FSC, ATG, electrical etc. Good understanding of Retail Best Practises and basic accounting skills Good knowledge of hardware and operating systems Good knowledge of industry trends Basic electronic knowledge of electronics Able to work on computer components Able to use tools – soldering iron, drill press, screw drivers etc In-depth knowledge of FCC integration platforms Ability to understand electronic and electrical standards for Forecourts Forecourt knowledge (Pumps, tagging solutions etc.) beneficial Core Behavioural Competencies 1. Communication and Impact Minimum Qualifications NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma Additional Qualification preferred or advantage NQF 5: Higher Certificates or any Higher Education in Information Technology Experience At least 2 years of experience in PC hardware support At least 2 years of experience on forecourt environment HSSE competent Certifications A N Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Internal and external stakeholders Special Requirements/ Employment Condition Valid Drivers license Valid Passport Workplace/Physical Requirements Hybrid Remote Worker Non-Billable Apply Now
