Reference: CTF017987-CJ-1My client in Centurion is looking for an accountant to join their team. You will be the go to person between two branches but primarily based at the Centurion office. If you are looking for some stability and great exposure apply today Your duties will include but are not limited to:Review budget, monitors expenditure against actual daily, weekly and monthly and advise accordinglyPrepare annual budgetsMonthly monitor of expenses and income and providing management with sufficient commentary and feedback on the status of the income statementResolve billing and account queriesReceives arrears/ outstanding debts and advises accordinglyReviewing of Fee schedules (takes ownership as GSS just assist with processing)Assist with the overdue debt collection process on campus liaising between brand and GSSManages and controls petty cashMonitors and controls purchase on Procurement card and reconciles theseSees the procurement process through end to end. Placing orders and completing the request to submit to GSSMonitors outstanding POs and process monthly journals as required.Capex spend monitoring, spend applications and annual/termly fixed assets countsMonthly monitor of expenses and income and providing management with sufficient commentary and feedback on the status of the income statementChecks monthly payrollSkills & Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience doing the finance functionStrong people management skillsAbility to handle Internal and external stakeholdersQualification:BCom experienceSAIPA articles advantageous Contact CORNE JONKER on 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF017987.
