- BSc / BEng Chemical Engineer (PrEng - Professional Engineer) (Not Negotiable)
- Project Management / PRINCE II certification / experience
- 15 Years chemical manufacturing plant environment, preferably Chlor-Alkali manufacturing experience
- Quality Management and Laboratory Operations experience
- World Class Systems and Operational Excellence implementation experience
- Developing and using MES system for analysis of operational data experience
- Financial budgeting and Capex Management Experience
- Sharepoint and Corrective Action Systems (Digilex)
- In-depth knowledge of SCADA, PLC, SAP, IM and MES
- Extensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
- Extensive knowledge of Hazardous Chemical Manufacturing and handling codes
