We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our security operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, developing security protocols, and ensuring the safety and security of our organization. Leadership and Management: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a diverse security team. Ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs. Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure and emergency situations Risk Assessment and Management: Expertise in conducting security risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies. Proficiency in identifying potential security threats and vulnerabilities and implementin effective countermeasures. Security Operations Knowledge: In-depth understanding of physical security systems, surveillance technology, access control systems, and emergency response protocols. Experience with security operations in various environments, including corporate, industrial, and public settings. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate security policies, procedures, and incidents to staff, management, and external stakeholders. Experience in preparing detailed security reports and documentation. Budget and Resource Management: Experience in managing security budgets, including allocating resources, negotiating contracts, and overseeing expenditures. Ability to optimize resource utilization and implement cost-effective security measures. Compliance and Legal Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security operations. Ability to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Emergency Response Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing emergency response plans and crisis management protocols. Experience in coordinating with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant agencies during security incidents. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with security management software and systems. Ability to leverage technology to enhance security operations and improve efficiency. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate security data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Ability to think critically and solve complex security challenges effectively. Ethical Standards: High level of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required. Ability to adapt to changing security needs and respond swiftly to unexpected situations. following requirements are essential for this position: Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
