Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to provide full operational support to their growing Global Professional Services (PS) delivery team and leadership team across all aspects of the PS business. This role will be out of Cape Town but report to our Operations Director in the US. The focus of this role is driving operational excellence in the day-to-day administrative aspects of the PS Business and building its processes to scale. Professional Services Administration Maintenance of Resources General PSA Hygiene Proposal & Engagement Set-up Resource allocation and assignments Professional Services Operations Timecard management Forecasting Billing Attend Sales Calls, Practice Lead Calls & Staffing calls and take appropriate follow up actions Sub-Contractor Contract Administration M&A Integrations Reporting Billable Utilization Rate Realization Project Margin General Support of Delivery team and Leadership team 5 years of operations experience, ideally in a Professional Services organization A passion for process improvement, user experience, reporting and analytics, tooling automation, and the desire to learn more in these fields. Experience working with PSA systems; experience with Kantata/Kimble a plus Experience working with Salesforce, namely in report creation. Team player with strong interpersonal, project management, and change management skills. Strong empathy for customer-facing team members. Extreme attention to detail. Excellent written and communication skills.
