As the Operations & Logistics Manager, you'll lead a team in achieving operational targets within a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Supply Chain Executive, you'll oversee logistics and warehouse operations to meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage financial resources effectively, and ensure compliance with governance standards. Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Logistics / Warehouse / Supply Chain Management or related fields (NQF 8) Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management in a Manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years at the Management level Technical Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP Systems, and job-specific software systems In-depth knowledge of relevant Business Processes, Logistics, Warehousing, or related Practices Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Senior Level CTC package offered
