Operations Controller - Midrand

As the Logistics Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring shipments (local, imports and exports) as well as warehouse activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing deliveries (local, import and export).
- Attending to daily queries.
- Customer support.
- EDI monitoring.
- LSP management.
- GR management.
- EDI monitoring.
- POD management.
- KPI management.
- Creating quotations.
You will need to have a matric and a logistics qualification with at least 1 - 3 years’ experience in a logistics company, in a similar role. You should have sound knowledge of inbound and outbound distribution procedures and as well as all modes of transport.
This position requires monitoring after hours.
