A vibrant cleaning company with offices in London is looking for an administration coordinator to manage a number of projects involving clients and a crew of cleaners. The chosen candidate will remotely contact and schedule new or existing clients, assign cleaners to clients, and make sure that both clients and cleaners are satisfied with the service. What’s in it for you - Salary: R6 500 – R8000 per month depending on experience 40 days paid holiday annually - (28 days bank holidays extended festive period shutdown) Untaken annual leave will automatically roll over to the following year. Mandatory Skills – minimum 2 years’ experience in: Proven working experience as an administrator in a cleaning industry (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Strong telephone skills. Confident and great with people on the phone. Excellent communication skills Good time management skills. BYOD policy (Must have own PC/Laptop, Wi-Fi, or Fibre as well as an Inverter or UPS backup) Must be results-orientated, driven, eager to learn and grow. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent people skills Duties include but not limited to - Calling new and existing clients for work Building a strong working relationship with Clients and Applicants Effective matching of applicants to jobs Placing of applicant adverts on various job sites / portals Screening of applications received, regretting unsuitable applicants and scheduling interviews with suitable applicants. Conducting interviews Maintaining the CRM system, reporting and data entry Answering incoming office calls on telephone system Preparing cost estimates and booking forms on the inhouse booking platform. Working on various schedules for different internal processes. General administration Handle complaints and feedback from clients. Handle reassignment of tasks when needed. Coaching and guiding applicants. Following up with clients and constant relationship building Plan out work schedule for cleaners. Solve operational problems and make decisions.
