Otavi Area – Namibia: Our client is looking for a Dynamic Operations Director – Agriculture to join the team. The successful candidate should be able to model the business from cost inputs to revenues for a mixed dairy, beef and cropping operation. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS A strong university degree from a reputable organization, in a relevant subject. At least 7 years’ experience in a senior operations management position Project Management experience on Operations Min of 5 previous years’ experience on an extensive mixed farming operation (dairy, beef & cropping) advantageous Proven beef & livestock experience essential Strong financial acumen and ability to work with and within a budget (income statement and balance sheet projection with capex budgets) essential Computer literate Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills Strong administrative and organisational skills and high level of integrity and confidentiality Valid drivers license ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
