Operations Export Coordinator at Jackie Cory Recru - Port Elizabeth
Operations Exports Coordinator required by stable Port Elizabeth based company. Will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Bachelors degree with 1-3 years of experience in an FMCG, Produce, Shipping environment. Will be responsible for liaising between logistics, packhouses and coldstore facilties to ensure an efficient operational service is provided. Liaise with 3rd party logistics to ensure all information and documents are received. Liaise between Suppliers, Forwarders and Agents to obtain up to date shipment information. Ensure customers are informed on the progress of their (URL Removed) logistics plan and customer order fulfillment. Execute final loading instructions. Must have advanced Excel skills, a valid drivers licence and excellent attention to detail. Desired Skills: Planning problem solving skills.
