Ensure adherence to Group Finance goals by implementing efficient operational procedures
Provide prompt and professional customer feedback while maintaining clear communication with Group Finance
Develop strategic action plans for financial and risk management in consultation with stakeholders
Analyze financial data to identify areas for process improvement and address project analysis needs
Interpret financial information, adjust forecasts, align volume drivers, and communicate findings to stakeholders
Introduce processes, financial models, and measurable targets to meet business objectives
Enhance monthly management reports, assess reports, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting
Review revenue calculations, cashflow forecasts, Capex budgets, and perform ad hoc financial modeling
Evaluate internal controls, suggest enhancements, and regularly assess financial and operational risks
Lead a small team, offering guidance, fostering teamwork, and nurturing talent development
Skills & Experience: Proven understanding of the interrelationship between financial and operational processes
Strong financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel skills

Management experience
Qualification:BCom Management Accounting / CIMA
SAIPA/CIMA articles + 5 years experience
