We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our printing and finishing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the OTIF delivery of goods. This role requires both a graduate-level education and relevant experience in operations management. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of lean management, Kaizen & SMED principles. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Support Quality and Compliance - ISO 9001, internal and external audits, scrap and rework reduction, and returns and customer complaints root-cause analysis participation. Demonstrate data analytics skills and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in the printing & packaging industry is preferred.
