The Head of Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's banking and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, optimizing business processes, and leveraging data insights and analytics to enhance performance and customer experience. Knowledge, skills and attributes:  Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, AWS QuickSight and Power BI).  Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.  Deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.  Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and technical concepts to diverse audiences.  Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.  Flexibility to perform ad-hoc tasks as per business needs.
