We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Operations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership and strategic insights will drive operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to meet production schedules and quality standards. Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, production, and facilities management. Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and improve cross-functional communication. Work closely with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve production issues and improve processes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. Oversee inventory management and procurement to ensure an adequate supply of materials and resources. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and professional growth. Maintain Buildings Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of production management principles, processes, and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing process improvements. Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a hands-on approach to managing operations. Degree in Operations Management Market Related Salalry Provident Fund
