Job Description: Deliver business results in relation to the processing of product in Pinetown. This includes managing the pack station in terms of the Intake process, Planning, Quality and related Sales function Deliver financial results Deliver customer and quality results Manage a team and related people issues Manage inbound and outbound distribution process Ensure maintenance functions are executed Ensure Housekeeping standards are met Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to Efficient cost and stock management Administration functions Identify and drive continuous improvements initiatives Compilation and submission of monthly reports Job Requirements: Relevant 3 year Bachelor's Degree (essential) Minimum of 5 – 8 years relevant management experience in a manufacturing environment Successful commercial track record SageX3 experience (advantageous) Ability to operate at a Senior Management level Management of capital budgets and projects Management of suppliers, service providers, and third party contractors Effective people and performance management Negotiable - Monthly Apply Now
