Responsibilities: As the operational manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company and ensuring its continued success. Your primary responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning: Developing and executing long-term business strategies to promote growth, profitability, and sustainability. Financial Management: Driving financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve optimal results. Experience in budget development, financial forecasting, and cost analysis, with a focus on optimizing resource allocation and maximizing profitability. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
