Manage the traffic for all jobs briefed into the marketing team Assess the capacity of the team, and ensure that the team is working at capacity Project Coordination and Management Understand status of all projects in the system and get details of work coming into the department Create a schedule of new jobs Assign tasks Review current and future timelines and job statuses Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities Report to management about the current workflow Communicate any issues Assign tasks to team members based on their relevant designation Communication Primary point of contact between HOD and the marketing team Facilitate daily status meetings to review project progress and address any issues Keep all stakeholders updated of project status Resource Allocation Allocate resources according to capacity Review monthly timesheets to keep abreast of capacity Budget Management Monitor project budgets Identify potential cost saving opportunities without compromising quality Min. 2 years' experience as a Traffic Manager and/or Operations Manager Relevant tertiary qualification Experience working for a production facility Experience working for an advertising agency Knowledge of project management software Valid driver's license and own vehicle
