Operations Manager, Witbank - - Mpumalanga

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

BSc Chemical Engineering or B. Eng (Chemical)
3+ years experience in advanced water treatment
Softening, ultra filtration, and reverse osmosis experience
Understanding of plant health and water treatment asset managing
Relevant management as well MS Office and email ability
Must have an excellent aptitude, attitude, and temperament to deal with complex projects and clients

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Manage production & maintenance team and ensure compliance to quality and quantity KPIs
Safety standards compliance and effective administration
Continuous improvement and optimization of processes
Management of stock control
Monitoring records and reporting & efficient resource management
Ensure client satisfaction, monthly plant reports and attend client meetings
Monitor plant health and pro-actively intervene to ensure plant availability is optimized
