A well established car carriers company has a vacancy available for a Financial Operations Officer Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet Overall participation and very hands-on with operations Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, keeping operations in mind Financial reporting Full Accounts payable and receivable function Handling subsidiary accounts Assist in preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance. Perform secure and confidential banking Hands on with Key Accounts as well as communication with OEM's High level of honesty, ethics, understanding and integrity Knowledge of Xero or Pastel Proven experience as a bookkeeper In depth knowledge of financial reporting Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics Proficient in MS Office Outstanding organizational skills Diligent with great attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain financial reports Market related and depending on experience
