We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing and supervising various operational aspects including asset management and maintenance, document control, and fleet management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes. Asset Management and Maintenance: Asset lifecycle management and Asset storage; Planned maintenance and corrective measures and Fleet management. Document Control: Maintain and control the administration of the organization intranet; Maintain and classify records using the SharePoint database; Ensure the prevention of loss and theft of records; Assist in the development of the Record Control Policy; Oversee and control the records storage room and Training of all staff on the document's storage and maintenance procedure. Risk Management: Help in conducting annual risk assessment at organizational level; Review the annual and quarterly risk evaluations completed, ensuring that controls to mitigate a risk are documented and managed to an acceptable standard and Reporting of all incidents, injuries and non-compliance to Health and Safety regulations. General Administration: Ensure maintenance and upkeep of office space; Facilities repairs (electricity, plumbing, locksmith); Manage allocated budgets and finance and Overall departmental management & service management of utility contracts. Health and Safety (SHE): Assist in the development of the Health and Safety Plan; Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements; Workplace Incident Investigation and SHE Risk Assessment. Internal Customer Focus: Measure employee satisfaction and Identify employee needs and expectations with minuted or documented feedback. Supplier Focus: Actively manage supplier relationships and Measure relationship of the organisation with supplier. Supervision: Planning of workflows in own area and for the team; Develop, monitor, and review departmental policies, procedures and processes; Assist with review and refining departmental expenditure estimates and prepare budget and Supervision and performance appraisal of staff. Compliance: Recording of audit findings or non-conformances and Ensuring compliance with all building regulatory requirements. Security: Liaising with supplier's site manager and team leader. Tertiary Qualification in Project Management or Property Management Proven experience working in a Health and Safety environment. Proven experience in policy creation and risk management/mitigation and control. A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management or project management. R26,423 to R39,913 basic, plus benefits (medical aid, pension and group life insurance). Salary commensurate with experience. Apply Now
