This position reports to the Systems Analyst: Inbound. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Supporting the Inbound team with: Investigating & Resolving Daily Operational Internal System Issues Investigating & Resolving Merchant queries Technical Support for both Internal and External user on Internal as well 3 rd Party systems Reporting Logging technical tickets both internal and external Prioritizing and managing those tickets and provide timely updates to stakeholders Training, Internal and External Receive and co-ordinate feedback from users to make improvements to the process Develop a schedule to assess training needs Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials Onboarding New Employees, training, and upskilling Attributes required: Analytical, strong technical understanding and structured thinking Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude, self-motivated Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of stakeholders Strong prioritization, time management and technical skills Qualifications: Matric Degree/Diploma advantageous 3 Years Operational Experience The Environment : takealot.com employees are entrepreneurial and dynamic, smart, customer-centric, fun and have the shared ambition of takealot.com being the leading e-commerce company in Africa.
