Operator - Johannesburg
MINIMUM DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Configuring and operating of machinery necessary to convert ingredients and packaging into final products
· Leading and supervising of production team.
· Ensure that the quality of work is always up to the standard set by the Quality Assurance team.
· Fixing problems should there be a breakdown of any nature. If not able rectify the problem within a reasonable time notify the production manager to assist in resolving the problem.
· Maintain and complete procedures and policies as set out in the food safety system.
· Follow instructions as per production sheet and returning the completed sheet to the production manager at the end of the shift.
· Maintain optimum productivity at all times.
AD-HOC AGREEMENT
The incumbent agrees that the above duties are not limited in nature, but merely a guide. The incumbent will be expected to complete any lawful and reasonable instruction as may be required by management from day to day.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION
· 2 Years Operating experience
· Must have Matric / Grade 12
· Must be able to read and write in English
· Must be technically abled, ability to fix a mechanical problem should there be a breakdown.
· Follow instructions and delegate a production team.
· Identify problems that my decrease productivity and assist to rectify such a problem.
· Work under pressure.
· Understand hygiene and food safety policies.
