Conduct start up as per daily start up procedure. Drill all products, as per work instruction. De-bur all holes before send units to packing tables/ assembling tables. Ensue that 7mm step countersink bit is used on the machine. sign off the job card/ with clock number columns on the job card. Complete the score sheet correctly with all the detail and hand it to the shift controller by the end of shift. In case of breakdown inform the Team Leader immediately and raise a job card to maintenance and assist on breakdown. Perform other duties that may be allocated to you from time to time. At the end of shift conduct shutdown procedure eg. housekeeping, weigh the scrap, and hand in the paperwork to the Team Leader. Must comply with the health and safety regulations as set out in OHSA requirements. Grade 10 internal/ Grade 12 external 2 years experience manufacturing or structured work environment. Apply Now
