These relate to Open Systems tasks associated with Linux based operating systems / associated software, processes, automation and output management. Operates closely with customer to determine requirements and resolve problems. Provides general technical support on customer systems under guidance of technical specialists. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Support of Linux/Unix based operating system, scheduling and associated utilities & management software. Support Application Teams with all Linux technical related queries. Incident & problem coordination. Automation and alert management. Security and Vulnerabilities management Incident, request and change management.
