inlumi is seeking Oracle EPM Consultants to join its global team of over 250 specialists in digital transformation for the office of the CFO. Responsibilities Design, customize, and optimize Oracle EPM consulting solutions to exceed our clients' expectations. Advise clients on finance transformation, process improvement and performance optimization. Develop and maintain project plans, including resource and budget allocation. Lead workshops, training sessions and other client meetings. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations. Collaborate on analysis, business design, physical design, and development. Cutting-edge hybrid solutions that effortlessly blend cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Experience in performing various types of testing including component, integration, and user acceptance testing. Systems integration and conversion (application and data integration). Providing Exceptional User Support. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 3 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation and/or consulting. Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and practices. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Information Technology Skills. Proven experience in project management, consulting and problem-solving. Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
