Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Order Processing Register product pricing on ERP system Capturing of orders on ERP system Releasing of dorders on ERP system Processing of return orders on ERP system Processing of samples and marketing gifts Customer Service Communication with both internal and eternal customers regarding order processing status Administration Recording and filing scales documents and orders Perform any ad hoc duties as when required (Samples stock take etc. Daily reporting to internal customer (Oder's, Inventory , etc.) External Interaction with Customers/Dealers Nature and Purpose of the Interaction Raising orders, resolving queries and problem solving Nature and Purpose of the Interaction Raising orders, resolving queries and problem solving Extensive High Level Strategic /Operational Interaction with (Internal ) Main interaction is between sales staff, accounts receivable and logistics( Warehouse and outbound) Required Experience 2 years' experience in a similar position FMCG experience will be an advantage Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel,) intermediate level Telephone orders experience In Depth Product and Retail Business Knowledge Ms. Office Suite (Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Generic Competencies: Attention to detail Strong organizational ability Effective communication with all relevant parties (team player) Proactive, innovative and time management Customer service orientation Strong administrative ability and multi-tasking abilities The ability to interact with customers (internal and external) in a polite, but assertive manner High stress threshold Initiative and ability to work under pressure Good communication skills, written and oral Driven, passionate and results oriented.
