Order Fulfillment Consultant - Johannesburg

We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Consultant to join our clients team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Order Fulfillment Consultant, you will play a critical role in optimizing our order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the order fulfillment process and implement solutions to improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain management. Responsibilities Analyze order processing and fulfillment processes to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to the order fulfillment process Monitor and track order fulfillment metrics to measure performance and identify potential issues Work with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products Provide training and support to team members on order fulfillment processes and systems Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order fulfillment and logistics Identify and address customer feedback and concerns related to order fulfillment Requirements Proven experience as an Order Fulfillment Specialist, Supply Chain Coordinator, or similar role Experience in the metal fabrication environment or pipe fitting Industry will be an advantages Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and logistics Experience in analyzing and optimizing order fulfillment processes Proficient in using order management systems and other relevant software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Benefits Salary: Negotiable To apply for this role please visit the RPO recruitment website: rporecruitment.us or connect with our consultant: Jamie-lee McCallum or Shannon Thomson on LinkedIn regarding this vacancy.
