About the Role: As the Quotations and Order Management Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a vibrant sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing quotations, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Prepare and manage quotations and sales orders for all products; Handle customer enquiries efficiently; Assist Sales Executives with administrative duties; Collaborate with the Sales Team and Tech Ops Manager to build accurate quotations; Process sales orders, purchase orders, and manage procurement and inventory; Monitor back orders and conduct stock taking; Manage collections and returns; Source products as needed; Follow up on quotations with customers; Maintain and update CRM systems; Stay up-to-date with new products and features; Engage in tele-sales activities and attend to walk-in customers; Follow up and coordinate the sales process. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Sales Administrator or Tele-Sales - preferably experienced with Volvo Penta products; Prior exposure to Syspro would be advantageous; Demonstrated ability to adapt to various systems and processes; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong organisational skills; Demonstrated commitment to a customer-centric approach, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction; Problem-solving capacity; Strong computer skills; High attention to detail and accuracy; Creative thinker with a commitment to achieving results. Package: R15 000 - R20 000 CTC Per Month, dependent on experience.
