Make a familys year and ensure they have a comfortable road trip, by joining a leisure vehicle rental company as a Customer Service Agent. We are looking for a professional and dedicated individual with excellent customer service, organizational, sales and communication skills to join the team. To apply is absolutely essential that you have at least 18 months of outbound call centre experience in the Travel or Car Rental Industry, have an excellent command of the English Language, are able to problem solve and resolve conflict as well as convert incoming enquiries into bookings.
Essential Job Requirements Matric Certificate
At least 18 months of outbound call centre experience in the Travel or Car Rental Industry
A good command of the English Language (preferably English as a first language)
Must be able to handle international clients (excellent telephone etiquette)
Must be able to handle conflict and be a good problem solver
Must have good sales ability
OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL Working hours Monday Friday 07h30 17h00/Saturday 07h30- 13h00 and then Sundays and Public Holidays are 07h30- 13h00 You will need the following documents when applying; - A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving.
