We require services of Outbound Call Centre Agent to Sell a range of insurance, financial or other products to potential customers Making professional sales call to customers. Knowing the product being sold. Handling and overcoming objections from clients. Following the sales script 100%. Ensuring no risk or fraudulent sales are made. Treating the customer fairly. Understanding the call centre metrics and consistently achieving minimum metrics. Capturing and recording sales call details 100% in the CRM system. Adhering to policies and processes. Understanding the company culture and behaving in a manner that reflects the culture. Minimum Grade 12 Certificate Proficient in relevant computer applications including CRM systems, Microsoft Word and Excel. Good typing skills. Prior call Centre sales experience minimum - 2 years. Prior sales experience minimum -2 years preferably in banking or insurance. Contract : 3 months posibiity of extension Salary: R6000 per month for initial 3 months, reduced to R5000 per month with UNCAPPED commission Location: Randburg Apply Now
