Outbound Sales Agent

Basic + Lucrative Commission and Incentives

Main purpose of the job:

The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through inbound and outbound telephonic selling.

You will be required to actively sell a well-known brand of telephonic devices and accessories

We are looking for dynamic, money hungry individuals as this position pays a Basic plus Highly lucrative commission and Incentives.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls and sell telephonic devices and accessories.
Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince clients to accept product
Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets
Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst ensuring call of high quality
Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
Commit to meeting productivity stats
