We are sell-side Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors specialising in the sale of mid-market companies. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled OUTREACH ANALYST to join our dynamic team. The ideal applicant will be responsible for kick-starting the sales process in our Transactions Team. The ability to think strategically and engage in proactive outbound call-making to present acquisition targets to executives and decision-makers is a must for this position. The objective is to effectively convey the potential of these opportunities, secure non-disclosure agreements, and gather valuable market insights. The purpose of the role is to: Establish and maintain contact with potential investors and acquirers, effectively communicating the strategic benefits of various acquisition opportunities, by conducting targeted outreach through phone calls and emails, this role is pivotal in securing non-disclosure agreements and gaining valuable market insights. Duties will include: Develop a deep understanding of each project, including the client's business and specific requirements. Proactively engage in outbound calls to pitch acquisition opportunities to Executives and Decision Makers, aiming to secure Non-Disclosure Agreements and gather valuable market feedback. Monitor and analyse call metrics to optimize performance and provide insights for periodic reviews with clients and Transaction Leaders. Maintain clear and effective communication between all parties involved, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions in the Benchmark database. Connect with potential private equity investors and companies to understand and match acquisition criteria. Stay abreast of recent industry transactions and market trends to inform your outreach strategies. Contribute to achieving team and company goals through a metrics-driven approach and collaborative efforts. Set an example for others by sharing your knowledge and skills, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Adhere to all company policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. The minimum requirements for the role are: Ideally a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and solid experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry. Candidates should have demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and effectively communicating business opportunities to senior decision-makers. However , we will also consider candidates who possess a relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with no current experience but who are eager to pursue a career in a client-focused, sales-oriented role. Additionally , applicants without a degree but with substantial experience in sales or business development, and a proven record of achieving targets and driving growth, are also encouraged to apply. In addition to one of the above, you will also need to meet the following criteria: Be tech-savvy and computer literate, with proficiency in using database software to support sales activities and effectively track performance metrics. Have a relevant understanding of sales and marketing principles, including proficiency in lead generation, market intelligence, and outreach strategies Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
