Job Title: Marketing Director Location: Goodwood, Western Cape, South Africa Reference : Marketing Director Contract Type: Permanent Job Summary: As the Marketing Director you will be responsible for: Strategy – Developing and executing Marketing and Customer Experience strategies to support business objectives Customer Experience – Leading communications and customer engagement programs spanning the entire customer lifecycle, ultimately enhancing customer experience Marketing Operations – Manage and track campaigns, update and evolve CRM tools and take charge of the OUP website CMS Financial – Ensuring financial targets are supported and met through marketing and communication initiatives Governance – Ensuring statutory compliance while establishing and upholding business policies People – Recruiting and developing top talent to deliver business objectives Requirements: Marketing or related qualification, with an analytical and digital marketing background At least 5 to 7 years’ experience as a marketing leader in a senior leadership team Natural leadership capabilities and experience in a marketing leadership role Financial literacy Demonstrable experience in Customer Experience strategy and analysis Proven track record in formulating and implementing successful marketing strategies Experience in developing and managing CRM and marketing automation technologies To Apply: Click Here Application Deadline: 08/09/2021 Any problems with registering/uploading your CV, please contact the HR Administrator at [email protected]
