Education and experience requirements:

Bachelors` degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Master`s degree or professional engineering certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in package engineering, procurement or related roles within the oil and gas industry, with specific experience in refinery capital projects preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of refinery equipment and processes, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors and vessels.
Proficiency in project management principles, procurement practices and contract negotiations
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills,
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing equipment design, fabrication and installation in the oil and gas sector
Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems and MS Office Suite
