Reference: DBN003513-SS-1A Leading Pharmaceutical Company has a temporary vacancy for a Packaging Operator. Key Responsibilities: Operates automated, semi-automated and hand packing lines in accordance with current good manufacturing practice Identify quality issues; engage in determining the root cause by using problem solving technics; Effectively applies operational knowledge of all packaging equipment within assigned areas Allocates work packaging station to various members of the packing team; Ensures the technical staff is called timeously to setup machinery Records cGMP data in all necessary line logbooks & equipment logbooks Works within the Safety and Quality requirement Preforms line – process checks timeously and accurately Preforms line / area cleaning and removal of waste during batch change over Reconciles bulk and packaging components usage figures on the packaging Ticket Packs individual batches within pre-determine profit plan Qualifications: Mechanically minded Basic computer skills Knowledge of problem solving technics Minimum of 6 months experience within a pharmaceutical production environment Grade 12/N6 Certificate Able to function under pressure Self-motivated with good command of English (verbal & written) Ability to interact in a team setting, able to adapt to constant changes Candidates that meet the criteria may submit their applications via this portal or via vacancy link on www.mnarecruitment.comShould you receive no feedback within 7 days, please accept your application as unsuccessful.
