Patensie Area – Eastern Cape : Our client is looking for a Packhouse Manager to join the team. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum Matric, relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial Knowledge of Compact machine and Paltrack will be an advantage Management of people Good planning skills Computer literate Strong leadership, perseverance, hardworking and self-driven Valid Drivers license RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Grading, sorting, sampling, and packing of citrus for the export market Monitor of Colorization processes Planning Training of workers Admin, unpacking reports, and record keeping Process packet instructions Quality control of products and tasks. Communication with and between employees, management and PPECB Off-season – preparation for next season, including mechanical maintenance as well as helping out on the farm where necessary ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
