Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a reputable packaging company in search of a dynamic and experienced Packing Manager to join their client's team. As a Packing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the packing operations within the company, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing productivity. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the packing operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management Ensure compliance with packing procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations Optimize packing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Train and develop packing staff to ensure adherence to procedures and performance targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between packing, production, and logistics departments Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock rotation Handle any issues or complaints related to packing operations and take appropriate actions to resolve them Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Manufacturing, or Engineering) Minimum of 5 years of experience in a packing management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of packing processes, equipment, and materials Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
