Duties and Responsibilities: Execute and optimise paid digital media campaigns aligned with business goals across social platforms including and not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and retargeting programs. Compile monthly reports for our clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance. Build trustworthy relationships internally, with agency partners and with clients and appropriately respond to client needs. Handle any client requests – i.e. plan changes, budget changes. Drive innovation and performance on client accounts through effective strategies and strong relationships with media partners. Set audience targeting for maximum campaign effectiveness. Manage campaign budgets and stay within spend limits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in paid media, managing campaigns across multiple platforms. Ability to work independently and in a team, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results. Meta & Google certifications preferred.
