Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Project Planning (Time, Budget, Completion dates).
Project Monitoring (Checking progress, Quality, Material and Costs).
Project Budget and Control and Cost Estimation.
Drafting and reviewing designs.
HVAC system design.
Compile BOQs.
Obtain Supplier Material and Equipment Quotes.
Tender Scouting, review documents before submission and make sure that high quality tender documents are submitted on a regular basis and within the prescribed timeframes.
Site Inspection.
Develop quality, health and safety assurance standards and company processes/systems.
Create quality assurance measurement instruments.
Allocate ad-hoc tendering/projects work.
