Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
- Buying.
- Generate Material Requirements Planner to place purchase orders to suppliers.
- Follow up on purchase orders list.
- Discussions with suppliers on new product lines and source alternative suppliers.
- Maintenance of all supplier account details and keeping supplier information up to date.
- Check stock levels and ranges with Stores Administrator to make sure stock on system and physical stock matches.
- Create new inventory codes for GL purchased items.
- Arrange and plan drivers schedule for collections from suppliers or special deliveries.
- Assist with Export shipments.
- Assist with picking shop orders and sales orders.
- Assist with packaging for collection or delivery of invoiced items.
Qualifications
Skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience from Electronic Manufacturing background.
- Proficient in Syspro.
- Proficient in MS Office.
