Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Buying.
Generate Material Requirements Planner to place purchase orders to suppliers.
Follow up on purchase orders list.
Discussions with suppliers on new product lines and source alternative suppliers.
Maintenance of all supplier account details and keeping supplier information up to date.
Check stock levels and ranges with Stores Administrator to make sure stock on system and physical stock matches.
Create new inventory codes for GL purchased items.
Arrange and plan drivers schedule for collections from suppliers or special deliveries.
Assist with Export shipments.
Assist with picking shop orders and sales orders.
Assist with packaging for collection or delivery of invoiced items.

Qualifications
