Parktown, Johannesburg: JUNIOR FORECLOSURES ATTORNEY Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual -Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Fully proficient in both a must) -Bachelor of Laws Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must -Minimum 1 year Foreclosures experience a must, or 10 years General Litigation experience a must -Fully independently functional -Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must -Residing near Parktown (within daily commuting distance) -Stable employment record and contactable References -To start as soon as possible Duties: -Attending to Foreclosures (Litigation) -General Attorney duties (client liaison, court appearance etc.) -Compiling legal documents and client liaison in both Afrikaans and English Salary: R 25 000.00 – R 30 000.00 gross negotiable (Depending on Foreclosures experience) – Reference CR2596; and – Your salary expectation in context with offered amount (Also forward a recent photograph and your Academic Record – if recently Admitted as an Attorney) APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.
