(Part Time) Bookings Administrator - - South Africa

Qualification / skills and experience required:

An interest in wildlife and travel experience is advantageous, but full training will be given. There may also be opportunities for travel across Southern Africa.
Excellent written and oral English language skills to communicate with prospective volunteers.
Experience with international travel is required (experience living / travelling in Africa would be advantageous)
IT proficiency: candidates must confidently use MS Office packages (Outlook, Word and Excel in particular)

Job description:

Sales administration

Responding to programme enquiries - being the first point of contact for clients looking for more information about our projects.
Providing up-to-date information to clients looking to join volunteer programmes.
Maintaining sales and bookings reports.

Bookings administration

Bookkeeping and general administration support

Creating and sending quotes.
Entering client information in accounting software.
Liaising with projects for updates and ensuring that changes are communicated to clients and the marketing team.
