We're searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support our students' educational journey as a Learning Assistant.In this dynamic role, you'll:Empower students by marking and recording their classwork and homework, ensuring their progress is on track.Become a whiz at marking daily work to keep things running smoothly with accuracy and efficiency. Spark a love of learning by supporting the Instructor with various marking and administrative tasks, creating a seamless learning experience for our students.Be a team player to maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment.Unleash your inner hero: patience, a positive outlook, and a great sense of humour are your superpowers at our Kumon centre. Are you passionate about education and helping kids reach for the stars? Here's what we're looking for:Matric certificate (with a score of at least 60% in Pure Mathematics and 70% in English Home Language). Maths Literacy will not be accepted.Impeccable English skills (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with everyone.A big heart and a willingness to learn. Previous experience is a plus, but your passion for helping children is key.Basic computer literacy (including tablets) is a must.Strong communication, time management, patience, and a positive attitude.Ready to join our team?
