Position available for a candidate that have skills and knowledge to serve current and prospective customers relating to parts sales. Must have at least 5 years of experience in parts sales of diesel engines (generator parts beneficial). Previous experience is processing warranty claims. Must have a good understanding of mechanical repairs and able to provide customers with advice on parts needed. Knowledge in repairs and maintenance on generators will be advantageous. Exceptional level of customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, using writing and telephonically means to assist the customer to understand the Company's products and to identify solutions to fit their needs, whilst generating sales. Must be computer literate, skilled in Excel. Must be able to work after hours when required.
