Our client is looking for an experienced
Parts Manager to manage, drive and motivate the parts team. A minimum of 5 years Parts Management experience within a Franchised dealership is essential.
Responsibilities:- Ability to run Parts Department and manage all Parts Management duties
- Manage inventory and stock control
- Customer service
- Overseeing orders for replacement parts
- Meeting set targets
- Debtors control
- Work closely and communicate effectively with service department
Requirements: - 3 years' management and sales experience in the Parts Department of a dealership
- Courses/ qualifications related to the Motor industry and sales is advantageous
- Premium brand experience is advantageous
- Experience in training staff
- Computer literate
- Matric certificate
- Valid drivers license
- Good part knowledge and understanding
