Parts Manager - South Africa

Our client is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to manage, drive and motivate the parts team. A minimum of 5 years Parts Management experience within a Franchised dealership is essential.


Responsibilities:
  • Ability to run Parts Department and manage all Parts Management duties
  • Manage inventory and stock control
  • Customer service
  • Overseeing orders for replacement parts
  • Meeting set targets
  • Debtors control
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with service department
Requirements:
  • 3 years' management and sales experience in the Parts Department of a dealership
  • Courses/ qualifications related to the Motor industry and sales is advantageous
  • Premium brand experience is advantageous
  • Experience in training staff
  • Computer literate
  • Matric certificate
  • Valid drivers license
  • Good part knowledge and understanding
