Parts Manager - Pinetown

Candidates from a commercial vehicle background would be preferable.

Duties:
  • Managing Parts Sales and Administration people making sure all Individuals KPIs are met.
  • Meeting planned sales goals and maintain good GP against budget.
  • Setting individual KPIs with the parts department staff.
  • Tracking parts sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the parts sales team.
  • Maintaining good stock reorder levels and stock holding is accurate.
  • Perpetual done daily to maintain correct stock inventory.
  • The ongoing training of your sales people.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our deals, customers and how they relate to our product.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Any other reasonable and lawful duties required by the dealer principle occasionally.
  • Liaise with workshop staff to maximise the best use of their time.
  • Handle customer concerns above the normal scope of the Salesperson.
  • Negotiate discounts to maximise retained Gross profit.
  • Assist with parts sales to reach Monthly Target.
  • Meet with the dealer Principle weekly to update the status of the Parts Sales Department.
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Code 8 Minimum
  • Min 3 years experience in similar role
  • Read & Write English
