Overview:Ensure that customer satisfaction is met at all times
Securing profit and return on investment
Achieving an acceptable market share
Maintaining a satisfactory parts service to other departments in the dealership
Selling the maximum amount of parts to trade and retail customers
Staff supervision and management
Generating reports on parts department performance
Tracking key metrics such as sales, inventory turnover, and profit margins, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years experience as a Parts Manager in the Automotive Industry (Dealership experience)
Grade 12 Certificate
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to provide 6 months' pay slips and comm sheets
Must be able to provide contactable references
Must reside in Gauteng (Johannesburg) or be able to relocate to Gauteng within in short notice
Must have sound knowledge of budgeting and controls
Experience in the operation of computerized parts systems, processes and procedures
Up to date product knowledge
Must be fluent in English
Salary Package: Basic salary of R 19 000 to R 23 000 (Depending on experience)
