Reference: DT000393-RA-1 Parts Sales Executive - Pinetown, KZN Our Client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a Parts Sales Executive to join their company in the Pinetown, KZN area. Requirements: Matric Certificate/ Grade 12 Code 8 Licence 2 -3 years' experience in similar role Personal Attributes: Team Player. Excellent Human Relation Confident and Proactive approach – Anticipates issues and requirements Job Description: Ensure first quotation is correct. Listen to the customer's explanation and have a clear understanding of part of component location. Handling of telephonic queries for the Sales department when required. Show interest in personal development and willingness to learn more about the product. Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly. Ensure that all parts used are recorded on the job cards. When working the parts counter, follows prescribed cash, credit and cheque processing procedures, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale. Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Dealer Principal. Ensure that the correct items have been picked the first time. Understanding of office Dynamics. To deal with suppliers of consumable are handles and recorded accurately. To contribute to departmental and dealership marketing plans as required. To secure stores from fire, damage, or theft by implementing company policies. To ensure full valuation received for items returned for credit.
