Summary of role: Take responsibility for customer service, sales/business development, assisting with stock, ensuring delivery of parts that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the parts department. Sales of all parts related to company trailers and other parts Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current company customers and prospective customers Identify and recruit new customers Assisting customers with queries and complaints Prepare quotations for current and prospective customers Follow up on quotations Cost calculations of products on sale Deliver parts Assisting with loading of stock parts for various branches Assisting with stock takes Completed matric Code 8 drivers license Computer literacy: MS Office Experience in Syspro or similar stock control systems (beneficial) At least 2 years experience as Parts Sales Representative/Parts Counter Sales Preferential counter sales experience within the trailer/truck industry/automotive industry
